A staffing agency stopped answering the same candidate questions by hand. Here is the chatbot we built.
A staffing agency with candidates in several countries had recruiters answering the same questions by hand. We built a candidate chatbot to take them. Its name stays private.
What problem did the agency have?
Recruiters answered the same candidate questions again and again, in several languages.
Every new candidate brought the same set of questions to answer by hand.
What did we build?
A candidate chatbot on a messenger that answers common questions, asks the screening questions, books calls and hands the chat to a human recruiter.
- Answers to the common candidate questions, approved by the agency.
- Screening questions, asked in the candidate's language.
- Booking of calls with a recruiter.
- Hand-off to a human recruiter whenever the bot is unsure or the candidate asks for a person.
- Its own accounts: the messenger accounts and AI provider keys are in the agency's name.

What changed?
As of October 2026, the bot has answered more than 30,000 candidate messages.
Candidates get answers to the questions they repeat at any hour, and recruiters see only the conversations that need a person. The owner keeps adding questions the bot should know. The agency's name stays private.
Can we build the same for our agency?
Yes, and it starts with the free sample flow, built from your own candidate questions.
Read what a recruiting chatbot does and does not do first, or see how the WhatsApp and Telegram versions differ.
Want to see what your own flow would look like?
Send us three to twenty questions your candidates ask. We send back a sample chat flow you can read, free.
